Possessing a natural aptitude and passion for real estate, attorney Bruce G. Hartrick zealously studied it throughout college and law school. He worked as a licensed real estate agent for companies involved in condemnation, right of way, and commercial and industrial appraisals, and for 25 years represented, together with other real estate brokerage firms, Prudential Great Lakes Realty Corporation in litigation and other legal matters.

He is a member of the Michigan State Bar Foundation Fellows, an honorary Michigan legal organization appointed by existing members based on outstanding legal ability. Membership is limited to 5% of Michigan attorneys.

We can advise you regarding your LLC or other company formation, and create buy/sell agreements and other necessary business contracts for partnerships. If facing business dissolution, learn how much you can expect to pay or receive over a period of time.

Attorney Judith A. Chapman is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, Michigan State Bar Association, Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan and the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Additionally, she is an adjunct law professor at Oakland Community College.

She received her bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University and her law degree, graduating cum laude, from Detroit College of Law. She has been licensed to practice law in Michigan since 1991.
